Joss & Main Content-based emails
The emails below were created for Wayfair’s lifestyle brand, Joss + Main. I led the team that designed these weekly content-based sends that regularly outperformed product-focused, promotional sends.
Leveraging the insight that content was driving stronger customer engagement than product-driven or promotional offers to a subset of customers, this “how-to” series of emails was developed. The dynamic, mobile-first design and inviting “discovery”-based messaging were successful in driving these readers to the site, where they would engage with the long-form content and be able to shop the products featured in the article.
